She attended Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C. where she obtained her Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a focus in the Kinesiology stream. While at TWU Dr. Smart ran track & Field and Cross Country and found that chiropractic care helped keep her going and injury free throughout her 15 year running career. Nimisha completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from India in 2014 and worked in 2 super multispeciality hospitals for 4 years. She had exposure to a wide variety of disease conditions, pre and post op physiotherapy and aerobic fitness training. She began her career in Canada in 2017 and gained experience in all types of musculoskeletal and other injuries. She is certified in vestibular rehabilitation.

Palvir earned her Diploma in Massage Therapy, graduating in April 2022 at CDI College. She had the privilege of being taught by some renowned practitioners/ massage therapists. Palvir likes to combine the knowledge she has gained with her strong desire to help people heal and understand the importance of a healthy body. She believes optimal healing is done mentally and physically which can be achieved from massage therapy.
