Anoop is a dedicated kinesiologist with a lifelong passion for soccer, which he continues to play today. A recent graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Anoop is a proud member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiology (BCAK). His personal journey as an athlete, including his experiences with rehabilitation, has deepened his commitment to helping others regain their strength and achieve their unique goals.

Anoop has extensive experience working with diverse populations. He actively supports seniors by helping run exercise classes through the BC Brain Wellness Program via Zoom. His background in youth development is equally strong, having served as a youth soccer coach and currently working as an Onsite Supervisor at the Canucks Autism Network.

Through his professional practice and personal journey, Anoop is passionate about guiding his clients towards improved physical health, using his deep understanding of rehabilitation and strength training to make a positive impact on their lives. His goal is to empower clients to lead healthier, more active lives by providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to improve their physical function and prevent injury.

Jordan is a graduate from Simon Fraser University with a BSc degree in Biomedical Physiology in 2017. Later he pursued a career as a professional football player in the CFL for the BC Lions (2017-2019) , Saskatchewan Roughriders (2021-2022), and Calgary Stampeders (2023). All the while, Jordan spent time as a personal trainer, training over 100+ athletes. He is passionate about helping others reach their health and wellness goals. Jadin received his Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia which is recognized as the best Kinesiology program in Canada and 2nd best in the world. As a lifelong athlete, Jadin has pushed his body to extreme lengths and been amazed at what the human body can achieve. As an athlete, Jadin has also been on the receiving end of active/passive rehab and has a growing passion for helping others regain their mobility, flexibility and allow them to pursue their own goals. Jadin has a growing desire to acquire more knowledge about health and wellness to optimize his own potential and in return help, others maximize their own potential. Jadin has been a proud lifelong resident of Surrey and has been engulfed in the competitive sports scene his entire life. Jadin has been successful at the youth level and collegiate level of soccer. He has acquired numerous accolades but shows a great affinity for his national championship gold medal and his collegiate PAC-WEST provincial title with Douglas college. Jenny obtained a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and is a practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Jenny’s passion for rehabilitation stems from her upbringing in sports and her personal journey of recovery. She is dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and strengthen the mind-body connection through client-centered active rehabilitation sessions. Jenny has gained experience working with athletes from Simon Fraser University and individuals from various backgrounds through her shadowing at clinics in the Surrey and Richmond areas. She enjoys expanding her knowledge base with evidence-based approaches, particularly in assisting ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients with gradual return to work.
